Frequently asked questions
Can I hear hidden messages in songs?
You can hear exactly what a song sounds like backwards, which is how “backmasking” is usually checked.
Can I reverse only part of a file?
Cut the part first with the Audio Trimmer, then choose Continue in… and pick Reverse Audio.
Does reversing lower the quality?
The audio is decoded, reversed sample by sample and encoded again. At 192 kbps MP3 or as WAV you will not hear a difference.
Is my file uploaded?
No. All processing happens in your browser and the file never leaves your device.
