How it works

- Copy the text, or download it as a .txt file or .srt subtitles.
Frequently asked questions
Is my audio uploaded?
In Private mode, no: the transcription model runs in your browser and the file never leaves your device. In Fast mode (Pro) the audio is sent to Groq in the US for transcription and is not stored.
How long can the file be?
Private mode transcribes the first 10 minutes of a file. Fast mode takes up to 1 hour per file and splits it automatically.
How much transcription does Pro include?
The 7-day pass includes 1 hour of server transcription in total and the 1-year license 10 hours. The tool shows how many minutes you have left before you run it.
Which languages are supported?
Around a hundred, including English, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, German, French, Korean, Turkish and Italian. Choose the language yourself or let the tool detect it.
